The Client
Nobu Bank has been one of our earliest client at VanguardCX and is still going strong right now. There are quite a number of Nobu Bank digital products that we have helped to design and NOBU Neo mobile application was the first one we started with. We can say that NOBU Neo is like an open door to the whole company’s transformation following many drastic changes that happened after.
The higher level management in Nobu Bank decided to shift their target market from the older generation to the younger generation. Thus, they decided to reposition themselves by starting from the way they reach out to their customers.
Challenge
In this banking product design case study, our task is to thoroughly examine the banking ecosystem. It requires a comprehensive understanding of various banking terminologies intertwined with the existing user flow. Furthermore, our team consistently undertakes competitive analysis to ensure the creation of user-friendly and optimal products.
Our Solution
Our main goal is to provide a more comfortable banking experience, we designed a banking application that is very simple and easy to use. With an intuitive interface, this application allows users to easily access and use all core banking services, making their experience with our services smoother, more convenient and satisfying.
Designer’s Words
I had the opportunity to work as the UI/UX Designer for the Nobu project, a top bank in Indonesia. My role involved designing multiple products, particularly their mobile banking super app. I focused on creating a user-friendly and efficient interface to simplify financial transactions and enhance the overall banking experience.
